ClayTAWC

ClayTAWC is the Clay Area Training and Work Centre based in St. Dennis which opened its doors on the 29th July 2000 and was established to provide support to Clay Area residents in training, education and working towards employment. Our courses and activities are varied and range from computer training to sewing. ClayTAWC is open, not only to those people on a course or participating in activities, but to those who want to pop into their local community venue for a coffee, a chat and to find out what’s going on in their area.

 

The ClayTAWC provide a business hub with drop in facilities for photocopying and use of their computer suite. The centre has 3 training/meeting/conference rooms and the computer suite is available for private hire.

 

Also based at the centre are the offices for St Dennis Parish Council, CRCC,  the local PCSO and a Community Library.

ClayTAWC also host Community Services with weekly programs from Loose Threads, Old Cornwall Society, Art Group and many coffee mornings!
